We do not influence, control, or interfere in any decisions made by financial institutions. Customers are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence and carefully read all terms and conditions of the lender before entering into any agreement.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• 1. Karvy Financial Services Ltd shall not be liable for any financial loss, damages, or consequences resulting from decisions made by third-party lenders.
• 2. We do not guarantee loan approval, the amount sanctioned, interest rates, or processing time.
• 3. We do not collect any upfront charges or fees for loan processing. Customers are cautioned against fraud and impersonators misusing our name. We shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to third-party actions.
• 4. Karvy Financial Services Ltd does not engage in any debt recovery activities and shall not be liable or responsible for any debt collection, recovery actions, or related disputes. All such matters are strictly between the borrower and the lender or their authorized recovery agencies.
• 5. All information provided on our website or communication channels is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
• 6. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations under the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and the Information Technology Act, 2000. All customer data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
